What the voucher can be used for
The voucher can be used for Folk Food Catering services. The recipient chooses from our range to suit their event; we confirm the date, scope and price when they enquire. A voucher does not reserve a date.

How to order a voucher
Order directly using the form on this page. Choose a value, electronic or printed format and, optionally, the date you need the voucher. Enter your contact details and submit the order.

How handover and redemption work
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It must be redeemed in a single order and cannot be split across several orders. When you order, we will confirm handover arrangements and the conditions of use. When enquiring, the recipient tells us they have a voucher and provides the date, location, guest numbers and menu preferences.
If your order costs less than the voucher value, the unused amount is forfeited and is not refunded. If your order costs more than the voucher value, you can pay the difference.

When a voucher may suit
A voucher can suit someone planning a celebration or someone who enjoys inviting friends to share a meal. You do not have to choose their dishes. If you want to cover the full cost, check the price of the food and any services needed before purchasing.
