Frequently asked questions

We cook for events from 10 to more than 1,000 guests. For mini buffets the minimum order is 10 people. For larger events we agree the terms individually, based on the size and character of the occasion.

Get in touch when you know the date, venue and approximate guest numbers. We will check availability and agree on the next steps. For weddings and larger company events, we recommend planning ahead.

Prices include VAT. The calculator shows an estimate for selected items; delivery, staff and other services may be extra. Your quote will confirm the final total and what it includes.

We confirm the payment method and timing when arranging your order. Options include cash, bank transfer and card payment on handover. For advance bank transfers, use the payment details we confirm with you.

We agree payment terms individually, depending on the size of the event. We'll settle the details when your order is confirmed.

We're based in Ostrava and deliver across the whole Moravian-Silesian Region. Our premises are at Čkalovova 18, Ostrava-Poruba.

Delivery works out at CZK 15 to 20 per kilometre for the outward journey to your address from our premises in Ostrava-Poruba, or by arrangement. Delivery costs CZK 15/km by smaller car or CZK 20/km by van. We choose the vehicle to suit the size of your order. We do not offer free delivery.

Mini buffet menus include the agreed catering equipment, with no refundable deposit required. We will confirm the hire and return terms. For disposable trays, we will agree suitability, quantities and the total packaging price.

Yes. We hire out cutlery (CZK 4 per piece), glasses (CZK 8 per piece), white plates (CZK 10 per piece), cake stands (CZK 100 per piece), chafing dishes (CZK 250 per piece) and other small items — platters and bowls from CZK 5 to CZK 90 per piece.

Yes. Table setup costs CZK 1,800 for up to 39 people and CZK 2,900 for 40–79 people; from 80 people upwards we agree the price individually. The price always covers arranging the tables and chairs and laying out the equipment. Decoration setup costs CZK 850 for up to 49 people and CZK 1,700 for 50 people or more. We also hire out white tablecloths (CZK 80 per piece), chair covers (CZK 40 per piece) and sashes (CZK 20 per piece).

It depends on the services ordered. For staffed catering, we also agree on cleanup and collection. Separately hired equipment is subject to the agreed return terms. Your quote will specify what we handle and what you need to do.

Yes. We can adapt the menu to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free requirements by individual arrangement. Tell us your needs and portion numbers when enquiring. We will agree on the adjustments and any price difference in advance. For allergies and intolerances, we also check ingredients and preparation options with the kitchen.

Yes. Waiting staff cost CZK 200 per hour, a chef CZK 250 per hour and a kitchen assistant CZK 200 per hour. We'll recommend how many people you need based on the size of your event.

Our chef prepares the food in the comfort of your own home, talking you through each dish as they go. We agree the menu in advance to suit your tastes.

Yes. A folding party tent measuring 8×4 m costs CZK 5,000 to hire (tent setup CZK 1,900), a 6×3 m pop-up tent CZK 1,500 and a 3×3 m one CZK 1,000. We also have a decorated wedding arch for CZK 1,500 and a speaker with a microphone for CZK 800.

Yes. A single-line chilled beer tap costs CZK 550 to hire, a twin-line one CZK 750. From the keg we offer Radegast 10° (50 l, CZK 4,500), Radegast 12° (50 l, CZK 4,800), Mustang 11° (30 l, CZK 2,880) and Pilsner Urquell (50 l, CZK 5,800).

Yes, in two ways. Staffed coffee service: coffee machine hire for CZK 450 plus drinks as per the price list — espresso and lungo CZK 55, cappuccino CZK 69, tea CZK 55. Unstaffed coffee and tea catering (machine, whole-bean coffee, tea, milk and sugar) starts at CZK 2,000 for up to 15 people and goes up to CZK 5,000 for 61–80 people; from 81 people upwards by arrangement. The coffee service set — cup, saucer and spoon — costs an extra CZK 500 to CZK 1,000 depending on the number of people.

We arrange the return date individually with you. Wooden sharing platters have a separate return period of 48 hours.

Yes, we also travel outside the Moravian-Silesian Region by arrangement. Send us the venue address, date and your requirements so we can confirm availability and delivery costs.
