Coffee break with a regional menu
We prepared refreshments inspired by Ostrava, with coffee and soft drinks, for service without our waiting staff.
We share this example without client names, dates or venue details to respect our clients’ privacy.
About the event
Sandwiches were joined by bread with lard, pork crackling spread and marinated tvarůžky cheese. The sweet course was an Ostravan dessert.
What we prepared
- Ostrava bread with homemade lard and spring onion
- Tvarůžky cheese marinated with onion in Ostravar beer
- Homemade pork crackling spread and bread
- Ham and cheese sandwiches
- Ostravan cream dessert with sponge biscuits and rum
- Coffee, water, juices and other soft drinks
Equipment and service
We supplied a coffee machine, coffee, milk, sugar, cups and stirrers, as well as a buffet table with a cloth, trays, bowls, serving utensils and a cooler box. The refreshments were arranged for service without our staff.

This model includes tvarůžky cheese tartare with toast, pork-crackling spread with bread, ham sandwiches and small cream desserts. The cheese tartare and desserts come from our current menu. Coffee, other drinks and the coffee machine are quoted separately according to event duration and service.
The menu and guest count below are a model for planning a similar event, not the original client’s order or invoice. Prices come from the same current menu as our calculator.
