We combined savoury bites with fruit and a homemade cake, including open sandwiches, vegetable bruschetta and falafel.

About the event
The menu combined small savoury portions with sweet baking. For this type of catering, variety and ease of serving both matter.
What we prepared
- Open sandwiches with fresh cheese, blackberries, shallots and thyme; beetroot hummus
- Homemade falafel with yoghurt and dill dip
- Bruschetta with ratatouille and goat cheese
- Homemade nachos with tomato salsa
- Seasonal fruit and crumble cake
Equipment and service
Disposable trays and a sauce container were included. For similar orders, we agree the handover and serving arrangements with you in advance.

Per guest: one open sandwich, one serving of falafel bites, one bruschetta, one serving of nachos, one piece of cake and 100 g of fruit. The example uses aubergine bruschetta and falafel bites from our current menu. Suitable for a shorter gathering, not all-day catering.
