Hot and cold buffet for a company gathering
We prepared a hot and cold buffet with desserts for a company gathering, along with warming and serving equipment.

About the event
The menu combined hot dishes with small bites. Meat and side dishes were complemented by salads, vegetable skewers and desserts.
What we prepared
- Mini chicken and pork tenderloin schnitzels
- Mini pork steaks and beef goulash
- Roasted grenaille potatoes and mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese
- Shopska salad and French-style potato salad
- Caprese skewers, savoury strudel and mini chicken tortillas
- Homemade cream desserts and cake
Equipment and service
The equipment included a heat lamp, a chafing dish, an electric soup kettle and serving utensils. A hot buffet also needs a suitable serving area and access to electricity.

This example combines two types of mini schnitzel, potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, two salads, caprese, savoury strudel, chicken tortillas and small desserts. It is a selection inspired by the event; goulash, mini steaks and additional cakes are not included.
