An outdoor celebration with breakfast, a food stall and a café
One event with several ways to eat: breakfast served on porcelain, a hot food stall and a café with desserts. Each area had its own equipment and staffing.
We share this example without client names, dates or venue details to respect our clients’ privacy.
About the event
The morning began with a three-course breakfast, coffee and a toast. Further refreshments were split between a food stall and a café. Grilled food, sweet baking and drinks suited different parts of the programme.
What we prepared
- Fruit salad with plain yoghurt
- Mini sausages, eggs, butter and bread
- Apple strudel with whipped cream
- Folk dogs and fries with pulled pork
- Grilled sausage and hermelín cheese
- Czech koláče, homemade plum butter cake and café desserts
- Coffee, tea, homemade lemonade and draught soft drinks
Equipment and service
We supplied staff for breakfast and the café, plus a cook and service staff for the food stall. Outdoor equipment included a pop-up tent, gas grill, fryer, refrigerated preparation counter, tables and water containers. The café also had a coffee machine, drinks dispensing equipment and a refrigerated dessert display.

Food stall: 100 servings
The model includes 60 hot dogs, 40 grilled cheeses and 15 kg of fries: one main item and 150 g of fries per guest. It covers stall food only; breakfast, café service and their equipment are excluded.
The menu and guest count below are a model for planning a similar event, not the original client’s order or invoice. Prices come from the same current menu as our calculator.
